The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) pump is designed
to be a reliable component within a basic analytical or
sophisticated research instruments. While ideal for HPLC
applications the pump is also useful as a metering pump for general

The flow rate of the pump fitted with a standard 10mL pump head can
be set in 0.01 mL increments from 0.01 to 10.0 mL/min; size is

The low pulsation flow produced by the reciprocating, single piston
pump is achieved by using an advanced rapid-refil cam design,

Manual Dual Mode Sample Injectors for HPLC from Rheodyne
The two positions for manual sample injectors are LOAD and INJECT.
The LOAD position enables the loading of samples into the sample
chamber or loop. The sample injector is frequently loaded with a
syringe. After loading, the loaded sample can be flushed into a
column by manually turning the sample injector's handle to the
INJECT position.

Details Dual mode injectors are the valves that are listed on this

partial-filling and the complete-filling approaches can be used by
dual mode injectors to load the sample loop. They can
load a range of sample volumes, making them variable volume
injectors. These front-loading dual mode injectors have a
needle port incorporated into the handle for loading sample. The

Mobile Phase Reservoir Low-Pressure Slip-On Inlet Filter
A corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel filter element is sealed
to the tip by a Tefzel collar. Without the need for tools, the
slip-on filter is simply attached to the pump's input line. Standard
PTFE tubing inner diameters can be accommodated with the universal
1/8" OD tip. The cylinder filter has a standard porosity of 10 m.

Applications
Two separate chambers on the Nitrogen Evaporator 96 may hold plates with a
depth of 1 or 2 mL. Temperature and gas flow are independently regulated in
each compartment.
The volume of solvent in the plate determines the gas flow rate, and
temperature values can be controlled with the aid of an evaporation guide
that is provided. Nozzles require little upkeep and are simple to clean.
The removal of DMSO from plates is frequently used in genomic and proteomic
applications. Drying HPLC methanol or acetonitrile aqueous solvent mixes is
