Digital Rotary viscometers
The Digital Viscometer ATV-8S has the characteristics of high
sensitivity, reliable test results, convenient operation
and beautiful appearance. It is used to measure the apparent
viscosity of Newtonian liquid and the apparent viscosity of
non Newtonian liquid. It can be widely used in oil, paint, plastics,
drugs, ornaments, coatings, detergents and so on.

This instrument is a digital viscometer. The motor drives the rotor
at a constant speed by changing the speed. When the
rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will produce a viscosity
torque acting on the rotor, and the viscous torque will
also be greater; conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the
liquid, the smaller the viscous torque. The viscous moment
acting on the rotor is The sensor is detected and processed by the
computer to obtain the viscosity of the measured
liquid.
The instrument adopts microcomputer technology and can conveniently
set the range (rotor number and rotation speed),
digitally process the data detected by the sensor, and clearly
display the rotor number, rotation speed, and measured
value set on the display. The liquid viscosity and its full-scale
percentage value.
The ATV-8S is equipped with four rotors (No. 1, 2, 3, 4) and eight
rotating speeds (0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, 60
rpm). The 32 combinations can be used to measure the viscosity of
various liquids in the range of measurement.
